The Most Anticipated Report on Account-Based Marketing

Last year, #FlipMyFunnel delivered the very first state of account-based marketing (ABM) survey report and has helped over a thousand marketers, sales and customer success professionals learn more about this new industry.

Less than half of B2B marketers had an active account-based marketing (ABM) program in place, according to the 2016 State of Account-Based Marketing Survey. That’s a stark contrast to the 83% of B2B marketers currently practicing ABM who’ve completed the 2017 State of Account-Based Marketing Survey presented by #FlipMyFunnel and B2B News Network.

We surveyed more than 300 B2B marketers across a wide range of companies. This year’s ABM survey is powered by #FlipMyFunnel and B2B News Network in partnership with Bizible, DiscoverOrg, Terminus, Evergage, LookBookHQ, Oceanos, PFL, SnapApp, Triblio and Vidyard. Download the full report below to see the fascinating results!

What’s Inside the 2017 State of Account-Based Marketing Survey Report

Who Took the 2017 Survey?

Account-based marketing has rapidly gained traction as the latest B2B marketing buzzword in the past two years. The term “account-based marketing” spiked on Google Trends in 2015 further showing how the concept has grown. But the buzz doesn’t tell the whole story.

While it is true that marketers are interested in account-based marketing, we wanted to know how many are actually implementing it (or planning to in the next year), what were their goals, and what technologies were they implementing.

We surveyed more than 250 B2B marketers across a wide range of companies. We asked the whys, the hows, the oops, and the yays of what their journey with ABM has looked like so far.

C-Level Executives 27%
Directors 33%
